IMPACTER EDUCATION CORPORATION complies with all applicable provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99). We receive Student Data from School Customers and only process Student Data for educational purposes pursuant to 34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B). To ensure compliance, IMPACTER EDUCATION CORPORATION requires that employees be aware of Federal law as well as all other state and federal regulations that govern the privacy and confidentiality of student records.
Please note that in the event we receive a subpoena or judicial order for the disclosure of education records, we will notify the associated School Customer(s) prior to fulfilling the request in accordance with §99.31(a)(9).
