As a former Superintendent, Executive Director, and district administrator, Dr. Arnold leverages more than two decades of experience helping students and families access post-secondary opportunities to lead innovation at IMPACTER.

As a California State Board Of Education Member, and the former Superintendent of the Chula Vista Elementary School District, Dr. Escobedo’s experience supporting cultures of wellness inform IMPACTER implementation.

Professor Andrew Arnold

Chief AI Advisor, Carnegie Mellon

Professor Arnold is currently Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Shopify. In his previous role as the lead scientist on AWS’ Amazon Web Services Code Whisperer, Dr. Arnold has proven to be an expert in machine learning.
