Born and raised in the Silicon Valley, Danny has enjoyed a career as a successful entrepreneur, tech recruiter, and college and career counseling pioneer. IMPACTER is a direct result of his efforts to create high quality outcomes for students.

Dr. Joshua Arnold
Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Harvard
As a former Superintendent, Executive Director, and district administrator, Dr. Arnold leverages more than two decades of experience helping students and families access post-secondary opportunities to lead innovation at IMPACTER.

Dr. Francisco Escobedo
Superintendent In Residence, Yale
As a California State Board Of Education Member, and the former Superintendent of the Chula Vista Elementary School District, Dr. Escobedo’s experience supporting cultures of wellness inform IMPACTER implementation.
